Referral terms
In force since September 3, 2026. It states what a referral earns you, and what it takes for one to count.
What this page covers
This page states the rules of Formbar's referral programme: what you earn from a referral, what a referral must do to count, and what those months are. A price lives wherever a plan is shown, at the moment you look at it.
Your referral link
Every Formbar account gets its own referral link. Sharing it is the whole of your part. A new account binds to your link at the moment it signs up, and that binding is final. Once bound, that link's job is done, and the account stays on it.
What you earn
A bound account’s first purchase earns you two months of Formbar, flat, whatever they paid. It is a permanent reward, stated as permanent.
Months issue on a purchase a provider was paid for, once per bound account.
The launch bonus
In the referral programme's launch window, currently its first 90 days, every referral earns double, at four months. That window ends on a date we will announce in advance, and we will set it then.
What months are
Months are a balance on the account that earned them. They are time on Formbar, and that is the whole of what they are. An account holding months keeps them until it has a subscription for them to run on.
One referral per account, ever
Every account is limited the same way: it accepts a referral once, at the account’s own sign-up. That limit is the whole of what governs a referral, and it governs an account you own yourself exactly as it governs any other.
What the referred person gets
The first purchase on an account your link brought in gets a bonus month added, free. That is a one-time reward, on the first purchase only. It adds a month to the term, and it happens once.
